BENITO RAMAN. 5.9. Couldn’t play midweek due to a thigh injury and thus, he came on pretty fresh here. Got involved straight away, nearly leveling the score in the 53rd minute. As always, he puts in such an effort, sometimes serving as the only pressure on the opposing backline.. ST. FC Schalke 04

SUB. FC Schalke 04. NASSIM BOUJELLAB. 5.7. Great to see him get some time, and he made the most of it. Fought hard for every ball and proved that he really wanted to be there. Go figure.

SUB. FC Schalke 04. AHMED KUTUCU. 5.4. Had a lot of runs into the Bremen half but struggled to make much of them. His passing and decision making looked rusty.

FC Schalke 04. GUIDO BURGSTALLER. 5.5. He actually fought really hard for those final ten minutes. Had a few moments where it looked like he was going to inspire a goal, but just couldn’t find a teammate.. SUB
