SALIF SANE. 5.9. Handled the ball a ton as the intended recipient of most backpasses and he never made that much of a concern. Composed and competent defense as can always be expected of him. He is always going to be better when he can keep play in front of him and as he reacclimates that will become easier. His header that gave way to the second goal wasn’t his fault, but the pass beforehand that gave Augsburg the counterattack option certainly was. It was, however, his only mistake of the match.
