1. Trust
I really do believe that at least part of the reason Harit hesitates so much is that he knows how much is riding on his each and every decision. Basically, he doesn’t trust his teammates to get the job done and, honestly, why should he? They don’t.
Harit has more goal involvements than anyone else on the team, he creates more chances than anyone else on the team, takes more shots, does more of everything. Until he starts trusting other people to bear more of the burden, he will continue to be overstressed and undone.
Of course, much of that comes down to the club giving him someone worth trusting. Harit definitely trusts Suat Serdar, but Serdar doesn’t always get the chance to get forward when matches start turning sour.
I think that Harit can learn to trust Raman too, but Raman has to be used right as well, and he definitely wasn’t used right in the Revierderby.
Harit has to start building a rapport with his teammates if he is going to be our one-stop attacking shop, which he shouldn’t be anyway. Get him a supporting cast.
