FC Schalke vs Eintracht Frankfurt: 3 key players to keep the pace
By Josh Sippie
1. Benito Raman
You have to score goals, right? If you don’t score goals, the most you can snatch is a point, and that is unlikely. Benito Raman has been a reliable source of attacking threat since he was instated as the main man in this attack. It’s been an inspiring site to see, with his speed and security on the ball completing changing the look of an attack that has been unfortunately dependent on Mark Uth and Guido Burgstaller.
It’s just a matter of figuring out how best to compliment Raman, because you just know he’s going to uphold his duties to the attack.
Amine Harit will continue to build a rapport with Raman, but it’s plain to see that Burgstaller still isn’t working. Which is why there’s optimism that Ahmed Kutucu is coming into the side to compliment Raman. They already showed tremendous promise in Kutucu’s last substitute appearance, with such speed and precision between the two.
Now we just need more time between the two. If we get that here, we may start to see this attack blossom more and more.
And now that my hopes are up, let’s just get to tomorrow.
